This front rack was brewed and born right in the Fern Bicycles workshop in Berlin. Over the years, we have hand-built numerous versions and continuously refined this unique design. We are now proud to present this production model, made with the same great attention to detail as if it were handmade by us.

What sets our rack apart from others is that we make no compromises and use only the very best materials available, such as super thin-walled, ultra-light, and high-strength seamless 25CrMo4 tubing. All hardware is custom-made specifically for this rack, and we use rust-free, high-grade stainless steel. Each bolt is individually black zinc-nickel plated by hand. With this rack, you will receive a complete hardware set, including every bolt needed for virtually any mounting situation, making it compatible with almost every bike available. We now also include a strip of custom-cut 10 mm wide 3M Helitape for additional rack and paint protection.

Featuring our signature 3D-bent diamond design, the Diamond Rack is the perfect front rack for those looking for a compact option that fits perfectly on a fast randonneur, gravel, or road bike. This rack makes your bike look even faster than without one.

The Diamond Rack allows you to carry a handlebar bag, a sleeping bag, or even a six-pack—whatever you need to enhance your bikepacking or randonneuring adventure.

You can now choose between long (420 mm) or short (270 mm) rack stays. The long stays are designed for dropout fender eyelet mounting, while the short stays are intended for mid-fork leg lowrider or cargo cage eyelet mounting.

If you are unsure which length you need, we recommend choosing the long stays—you can always cut them down to size.

Fern, Allygn and Gramm-Tourpacking teamed up to create the perfect fitting handlebar bag for this type of rack, which is available now in the Fern and Gramm Onlineshops! Go check it out here!

Check out the new 3M Helitape for extra rack protection! Other nice accessories are the Fern x Gramm Straps , the Rack Hooks and the Anybolts.

Many people ask how much load the rack can handle and it actually can carry a lot. We have been testing it with up to 70kgs.
But, usually the fork mounting points / eyelets are the weakest link in the chain. Especially on carbon forks you should be very careful not to overload or over torque the mounting points.
ALWAYS check back with the maker of the fork how much weight it can carry!
Also for bike handling reasons, we usually recommend to use our racks for a maximum load of around 5-8 kgs.

All racks are made in Taiwan.

ATTENTION:
Please check before your order if your fork has a front fork crown drilling or eyelet / thread!
You'll also need either fork dropout mounts (order long stays), or mid fork leg lowrider mounts, anything cage mounts or cantilever brake bosses (order short stays) for installing this rack! If in doubt order long stays!
The rack is designed to work best on headangles from 71°to 73°. Shallower angles may work aswell, depending on fork length and wheel / tire size.

M5 Bolts for M5 fork crown mounts are now included!

WARNING:
On carbon forks please make sure with the manufacturer of the fork that the mounting points are suitable and safe for rack installation. We do not take any responsibilty for fork failures or other damage!

Inviting layout for kids and very informative!
Format: Flexibound
My 9 year old son loves this book! He is a huge fan of the Lonely Planet books. We have their books on Countries and Cities which he loves and is always pulling off the shelf to read but he loves these new City Trails books even more. If you are familiar with their other kid books this series is very similar. The information is presented in bite size chunks that are about a paragraph long. His favorite part was the the thematic trails which provide the information on a few pages under a different theme throughout the city. He loves the the real pictures of the city and the fun graphics, like cartoon people and information put in a phone. My son loves trivia and fun facts so this book is perfect for him. He loved telling me lots of things I had never heard of before. This was an informational book for him that gave him a lot of great information about the country and culture and would be an excellent choice to prepare for a trip. I remain very impressed with how engaging Lonely Planet makes information inviting to kids. I will definitely be buying him more books in this series.

Easy and exciting
Format: Paperback
3.5⭐ I didn't know that this book was the third part of the Campus Police series. But it reads well as a stand-alone book. The first two books are about the other two couples who also appear here. This time, the story revolves around Cappy, who is back after a few weeks away and her grandfather's funeral, and Jazz, a librarian with a special flair for decorating her office. In this short time, a lot has changed in Cappy's personal life, and she has to get used to it all again. Brian, a talented football player who was forced to completely change his life after a traffic accident, is found dead. Initially, it is classified as suicide, but Jazz insists on a more thorough investigation of the case, as she is convinced that Brian was looking forward to the future despite adverse circumstances. Cappy is assigned to determine whether it was a crime. The interviews Cappy conducted to uncover all the circumstances and background information were interesting. However, I found it a little strange that a civilian was allowed to attend these interviews. Jazz and Cappy have mutual friends who are all professionally involved with the campus. The banter between them is amusing, and the romance between Cappy and Jazz is nice and sweet. An easy-to-read book with amusing and likable characters, good and witty dialogue, and some suspense.

Very enjoyable read.
Format: Kindle
I believe this is the third installment of the ‘ University Police Series’ and the best part of a series like this is the reader gets to meet up with the cast of characters from Ms Walsh’s first two books. The first book introduced us to a group of professors, four to be exact and in each book we get to read about romance and crime.. The University Campus Police are the ones these professor’s turn to when there is unfortunately a murder on campus. This time it’s Professor Jazz Harald that seeks the help of the police when one of the students she knows has decided to end his own life. Jazz doesn’t believe the police reports so she reaches out to the campus police, Officer Cappy Flannery. Cappy has read the report herself, even visited the apartment where the young student lived. She agrees with the report but she also reluctantly agrees with Jazz the case should be investigated. If you have read the first two books then you’re in for a treat, if you hadn’t read the first two books you might find yourself lost because Walsh brings in everyone or so it seems from the two stories. It might be a good idea to read the first two. Very enjoyable read. ARC via NetGalley/ Bold Stroke Books

Good book
Format: Kindle
This is the third book in the series. In this installment, Cappy investigates the suicide of the star football player. Jazz, the librarian and a member of Libby's friend group, does not believe it was a suicide and is assisting Cappy with the investigation. I didn't enjoy this book as much as the first two; the pace was slow at the beginning, but it improved towards the end. Although this book can be read as a standalone, I recommend reading the series in order. Overall, I would still recommend this book. I received an arc

Wonderful read.
Format: Kindle
What a wonderful story. Nora and Fallon were meant to be together, although it took them forever to figure it out. The MC’s were well developed and described, and the scenery was detailed beautifully. This is the first book I’ve read by this author, but it certainly won’t be the last. Well done. I received an ARC from NetGalley, and am leaving this review voluntarily.
